PROJECT: 40
Channel DAS ·
SPONSOR:
Graphite India Ltd.,
Nashik. Abstract:
40
channels DAS deals with Pressure and temperature data acquisition from 5
furnaces set up at Graphite India Ltd., (GIL) by an automatic PC
controlled system, further provide real time monitoring, storage and alarm
annunciation.
40 channel DAS scans all the 40 inputs,
acquires data, automatically stores, displays data and more important
generates alarm for abnormal pressure values. Further the data is used for
analysis and plotting graphs. The scanning of the 40 inputs is done
through signals generated through program coded in turbo C. Hard copies of saved data can also be printed.
The
Project was designed, tested and successfully installed in Baking
department of Graphite India Ltd.,
Satpur, Nashik. ·
MINI
PROJECT 1: Automatic
water level controller Abstract:
Two
level controller, which automatically turns motor/pump on and motor/pump
off if the tank is, empty or full respectively. ·
MINI
PROJECT 2: Temperature
indicator Abstract: Using
RTD as temperature sensor, temperature was indicated on seven-segment LED
display. ·
Topic:
MEMS
Technology Abstract:
A
great deal of interest develops in manufacturing processes that make
possible the monolithic integration of MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS)
with driving, controlling, and signal processing electronics. This
integration promises to improve the performance of micromechanical
devices, as well as reduce the cost of manufacturing, packaging, and
instrumentation for these devices, by combining the micromechanical
devices with an electronic sub-system in the same manufacturing and
packaging process. ·
