You have to first obtain a form and register
yourself for the exam.
General
Test: The
General Test is given year-round at computer-based
test centers. Appointments are scheduled on a
first-come, first-served basis. Applicants may
take the General Test (computer-based and/or
paper-based) once per calendar month up to 5 times
in any twelve-month period.
