With
a few notable exeptions, it is extraordinarily difficult to find
recruiters,jobs and corporate pages of companies operating in Africa
on the Internet. Even major International companies with large scale
operations in African countries do not seem to have African
Employment Sites.
There are many jobs
and companies in South Africa. But, in recruitment and job terms,
that is a whole world apart from the rest of Africa. Yet, of all
continents, Africa would be the one continent where, because of poor
communications and large distances, a solid database for jobs would
probably be the most useful. Because there is no advertising money
in it, even African ISP's have not touched that market! |
