There are only few
Internet sites specialize in Industrial/Corporate Training Jobs. But
Training Jobs are available in most large, nationwide operating
companies, such as Ford, GM, Proctor and Gamble, General Electric,
Boeing, Banks, Insurance's, Airlines etc. There are companies
specializing entirely in corporate training (such as the large Swiss
based Telecourse that specializes in Banking training). Other
companies do it in-house.
It is a growing and
expanding market with thousands of jobs created every year. There is
space for the small company offering specialized coaching as well as
for the large industrial training outfit. Coaching can be a
lucrative business requiring relatively little capital investment.
It is quite simple,
but highly effective. You will still need specific subject
knowledge, but hopefully, you will bring that from your
professional experience. |
