Ingredients to prepare chicken sandwich:
1 tsp mustard, 5-6 tbsp readymade mayonnaise, 1-2 lettuce or
cabbage leaves (shredded), ½ tsp pepper, ¾ tsp oregano, 1
chicken breast with bones, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter, ½ onion
(thinly sliced), ½ tomato (deseeded and chopped)
Method to prepare chicken sandwich:
Place chicken with oil in a micro proof dish. Mix well and
microwave it for 2 ½ minutes. Keep it aside and allow it to cool
down. Shred chicken into tiny pieces. Discard bones.
Take bread slice and evenly spread butter on it along with
chicken mixture. Top it with another bread slice and place the
buttered one outside. Place sandwich on high rack and grill for
4 minutes. Turn the side and grill for 2 more minutes so that
sandwich becomes crisp and golden.

Ingredients to prepare chicken hot and
3 ½ cup water, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in ¼ cup
water, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 75 gm chicken cut into 2-3 pieces,
1 tbsp oil, ¾ tsp crushed garlic, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½
tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp
sugar, 1 chicken soup cube-crushed, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp
chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp grated carrot
Method to prepare chicken hot and sour
For preparing stock, add 3 ½ cups of water with chicken and salt
in bowl and microwave it for 8 minutes. Pick up chicken pieces
and strain the stock to get clear stock. Keep the stock and
chicken pieces aside in a bowl.
Now add 1 tbsp of oil to dish and sauté chili paste and garlic
in it for ½ minute. Add stock with other ingredients except
cornflour paste. Microwave for 6 more minutes.
Now add cornflour paste and chicken to it. Microwave for 3
minutes. Stir and serve hot.
