Mizoram University Courses
Mizoram University was recognized on July 2, 2001, under
provision laid down through Mizoram University Act like a
Central University. Mizoram University aims include to
broadcast and advance the knowledge through providing
instructional as well as research facilities for such branches
for learning like it can deem fit, for making provisions for the
incorporated courses in social sciences, humanities, physical
and natural sciences, forestry as well as other associated
disciplines in educational programs of University; for taking
suitable measures of promoting innovations in the teaching or
disciplinary studies as well as research; for educating and
training man-power in development of state of Mizoram, as well
as to pay particular attention to improvement for social as well
as economic conditions with welfare of people for that State,
and its academic, intellectual, and cultural development"
